A Letter From Mr. Heindl-FSG Principal

RASD Teacher

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am excited and honored to introduce myself as the new principal of Francis S. Grandinetti Elementary School. With 25 years of teaching experience at the Middle/High School and 17 years as the head football coach in Ridgway, I have had the privilege of working with students and their families in many capacities, and I am truly looking forward to continuing that journey here at F.S.G..

One of the greatest strengths of our school is the exceptional staff of educators who are dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Our teachers, administrators, and support staff are committed to ensuring that every student reaches their highest potential — academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we will create a strong partnership between home and school to support your child’s growth and success.

As both a coach and educator, I understand the importance of teamwork, communication, and a shared vision. These are the principles I bring to my leadership, and I look forward to collaborating with you, our talented staff, and the community to make this school year one filled with progress, achievement, and excitement for every student.

I am eager to meet each of you and get to know the unique strengths and needs of your child. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. Let’s work together to ensure a successful school year for all students at F.S.G Elementary. Please feel free to reach out to me anytime. ELKER PRIDE!!!!!

Sincerely,

 Mark Heindl; Principal
